Serving families across Beaver County and surrounding areas, Neighborhood North makes birthday planning simple and stress-free. Your rental includes full access to our exhibits, tables and chairs, and a gift bag for every child, with a dedicated event host on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly. With flexible Friday and Saturday evening sessions, our space is designed to fit your schedule while giving your party plenty of time for setup, fun, and cleanup. • Book for a 3.5 hour session: this includes one hour for set up, two hours for your event, and 30 minutes for clean up. The time you book online is your set-up time (i.e. if you book from 4-7:30, your event will be from 5-7pm).
• Private events are only available Friday & Saturday evenings.
• Cost is $150.00. The $50 non-refundable deposit is due at registration.
• The base cost includes up to 20 people. If more than 20 people will be attending the event, $25 will be charged for each additional person. For kids’ birthday parties only, the 20 person count excludes adults and infants (12 months and under).
• Cost includes use of all exhibits, tables & chairs, and a gift bag for each child at a birthday party. We have 3 large square tables, 5 triangular modular tables, 1 half arch buffet table, and 35 chairs/stools available for use.
• Neighborhood North does not provide food, drinks, decorations, or paper products.
• A Neighborhood North event host will be on-site at all times to make sure you have a great experience.
