Explore how animals interact, adapt, and play with the resources in their environment through our hands-on arts and science activities that will have learners of all ages becoming part of our playful animal encounter! Join us for big-play painting. Paint with your feet, feathers, and sticks on a giant canvas and learn how animals are trained to do the same. Create a collaborative nest sculpture for our pollinator garden out of recycled materials, just like the bower bird does.Use sound equipment to explore animal calls and sounds that allow them to communicate with each other. Experience a real-life animal encounter for up close learning about your favorite animals.
